Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how VPNFe handles relevant data when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Using the service means that the user has read this policy. VPNFe processes data only as needed for account management, service delivery, security, order verification, and legal compliance, with access restricted by purpose.

Data Collection and Purposes

No email address is required to create an account; users can set up an account with a username and password. The system stores account identifiers, securely processed authentication information, plan status, summarized traffic usage, and necessary account activity records for login verification, subscription delivery, usage accounting, troubleshooting, and account security checks.

Order processing creates records such as order numbers, plan details, amounts, payment status, and creation and completion status. These records confirm service activation, verify transactions, handle refund requests, and resolve order disputes. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment channel, and VPNFe does not require users to submit complete payment account details on marketing pages.

When the website is accessed, servers may process IP addresses, browser types, device categories, pages visited, referring pages, request times, and error information. This data supports basic analytics, compatibility analysis, security protection, and investigation of unusual requests. It is not used to create profiles of the international websites users access.

No-Logs Position and Connection Data

VPNFe does not record which websites users access through the service. It does not retain webpage content, DNS queries, message bodies, search content, or in-app transmission content, and does not create behavioral profiles based on access destinations.

To manage routes, account for traffic, and diagnose faults, the system may process account identifiers, connection status, selected exit routes, summarized transferred traffic, and technical error information during a connection. These operational data are used only to maintain subscription services, identify unusual connections, and calculate plan usage; they are not linked to specific access content.

Diagnostic information is retained only as long as necessary to address operational issues. After troubleshooting, order verification, or security checks are complete, data that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. If legal proceedings require specific records to be retained, VPNFe keeps only the portion required by law and restricts its use and access.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, session identifiers, security verification status, and necessary page preferences. These mechanisms maintain session continuity, restore user choices, and reduce repeated verification.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through browser settings. After clearing them, login status, language choices, or interface preferences may need to be set again. Blocking necessary storage items may prevent the user panel from maintaining a login session or stop some account features from working properly.

Analytics are used to assess page usability and investigate errors. Statistical data is presented in aggregated form where possible and is not used to infer the specific content users access through international routes.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

VPNFe supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is completed by the relevant third-party payment channel. Payment channels process the information needed to complete transactions under their own rules, and their data practices are also governed by their respective privacy policies.

VPNFe receives and stores transaction results needed for order management, such as order status, amount, channel type, and payment result, but does not actively collect payment details unrelated to service delivery. To process refunds, verify transactions, manage risks, or resolve disputes, necessary order information may be shared with payment channels within a limited scope.

Except for payment processing, infrastructure operations, security protection, legal compliance, or a user's explicit request, VPNFe does not disclose account or order data to unrelated parties. Data access during service provision is purpose-limited and restricted to what is needed for the relevant task.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account is active to support login, subscription status checks, and service delivery. Order records are kept only as necessary for transaction verification, refund processing, financial records, and dispute resolution. Analytics and technical diagnostic data are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified after their purposes have been fulfilled.

Users can log in to the user panel and use the ticket entry point to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. After verifying a deletion request, VPNFe processes data that no longer needs to be retained. Records subject to order disputes, security investigations, or legal obligations are deleted after those obligations end. Deleting an account may make existing subscriptions and related services unavailable.

This policy may be updated when product features, data handling processes, or applicable rules change. The revised content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Material changes to data handling will be communicated through an appropriate method available within the service. Continued use of the updated service means that the user acknowledges the revised policy.
