Service Content and Scope
VPNFe provides international network acceleration and route management, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to improve connection paths when supported devices access international websites and online services. Available exit regions, route types, and client features are based on the content shown as available in the account at that time.
The service provides network connectivity only and does not participate in content publishing, transactions, account management, or data processing between users and third-party websites. The availability regions, content licenses, login rules, and risk controls of third-party websites are determined by those websites. VPNFe cannot grant access on their behalf and is not responsible for the accuracy, continuity, or suitability of third-party content.
Account and Subscription Rules
An account can be created without an email address using only a username and password. Users must set and securely maintain their login credentials. Subscription management, route usage, and support ticket activity within an account are generally treated as actions of the account holder. If credentials may have been exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change the password promptly and stop sharing the relevant credentials.
Plans support use on an unlimited number of devices, but each account and subscription is for the account holder and devices they normally manage. Subscriptions may not be sold, rented, or transferred. Login credentials or route configurations may not be shared publicly, and the service may not be repackaged and distributed to third parties as another paid network service. Traffic allowances, reset methods, and active status vary by the selected plan, which users should review before activation.
Requirements for Compliant Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the service access regions, and are responsible for network activity initiated through their accounts. The service may not be used for illegal activity, infringement of others’ lawful rights, distribution of illegal content, unauthorized system access, interference with network infrastructure, or avoidance of account and service rules lawfully established by third parties.
Users may not use the service to send abusive messages in bulk, distribute malicious programs, conduct network attacks, probe unauthorized systems, or otherwise materially affect the normal connections of routes, servers, or other users. Users are solely responsible for complaints, disputes, or legal liability arising from their actions. VPNFe may, where necessary, restrict routes or accounts, or terminate service.
Service Availability and Scope of Responsibility
VPNFe may adjust exit regions, connection paths, and client capabilities based on route operations, network conditions, and maintenance needs. Connection performance may be affected by the user’s local network, device configuration, carrier network, third-party platform policies, and public network fluctuations. A route shown as available does not mean that every third-party website, content region, or account function will always produce the same result.
Service may experience temporary interruptions, speed changes, or unavailable routes due to planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, upstream network changes, third-party service adjustments, equipment failures, or events beyond reasonable control. VPNFe will investigate and restore service within reasonable limits, but does not provide guarantees beyond these terms regarding continuous connections, specific access results, or continuity of third-party operations. Users should keep important materials backed up and prepare suitable alternative connections for critical activities.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account violates these terms, affects route stability, infringes third-party rights, resells a subscription, publicly shares credentials, or is used for illegal purposes, VPNFe may restrict related connections, suspend account features, or terminate service according to the scope of the impact. To protect routes and other users, serious or recurring violations may be handled without restoring the original connection permissions.
Users may stop using the service. Stopping use, deleting the local client, or no longer connecting to routes does not automatically create a right to a refund beyond these terms. Users who disagree with a restriction or termination may log in and submit the necessary explanation through a support ticket. Submitted information must be accurate, clear, and sufficient to support verification of relevant usage records.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
VPNFe may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or operational rules. Updates will be published on this page or relevant pages within the site and take effect according to the last-updated date shown on the page. Continuing to use the service after an update means accepting the revised content. Users who disagree with a change should stop using the service.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days after the first payment. Please see the Refund Policy for the applicable scope, process, and exclusions. If these terms and the Refund Policy differ on a specific matter, the dedicated provisions in the Refund Policy govern the refund request.
